We offer a 30-day return policy for prescription glasses and sunglasses, as well as a 30-day return policy for contact lenses, complemented by a 365-day warranty on eyewear from the date of delivery. During these periods, returns are free of charge. However, frames labeled as Last Chance, Clearance, or Final Sale are exempt and ineligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. To initiate a return, contact us within the specified days to receive a complimentary electronic shipping label. After obtaining the label, promptly send your glasses back to us for a refund.

Prescription glasses and sunglasses must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition. Contact lenses must be returned in unopened, unmarked boxes within 6 months of their expiry date. In rare circumstances, returns or exchanges may be denied based on prior transaction history.
Service Credits
Service credits are issued to your MyAccount and remain valid for three months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. To utilize the credit, log into your MyAccount before placing an order, and the credit will automatically be deducted from your total at checkout. Credits must be utilized within the stipulated timeframe on our website and are non-exchangeable or refundable for cash.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our frames, glasses lenses, and coatings. If you encounter a manufacturing defect within 365 days of delivery, contact our Customer Service Representatives for a free return label to facilitate a replacement or exchange. However, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear and tear or damage caused by sudden force or impact.

Glasses
The production times for prescription lenses vary in business days, depending on the complexity of the prescription and the lens type. Once your lenses are crafted and fitted into the frame, they will be shipped to you using your selected shipping method.
Contact Lenses
The wait time for contact lenses depends on the lens type. Some products are in stock, while others, such as toric/astigmatism, RGP, and multifocal lenses, are custom orders through the manufacturer. Once your contact lenses are in stock, they should be shipped within 1-2 days and will arrive within the estimated time provided by your chosen shipping method.
Upon shipping your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order online.
Please note that each eyeglass order undergoes inspection by quality assurance technicians. If your eyeglasses fail quality assurance, it may lead to a delay in the expected delivery time. You will be notified of any delays via email.

When using a coupon code, please be aware that only one coupon code can be used per order. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayPal. Payments can be made online or by phone. When you receive a fitting for eyeglasses from your Eye Care Practitioner, ensure you obtain a paper copy of your prescription. Remember that spectacle and contact lens prescriptions may differ, so ensure you order the correct parameters for your glasses, not your contact lenses.
